Yum Cha Cafe Opens Up In Chinatown

Chandavkl | | Mar 8, 2008 11:43 AM

The empire marches on and Yum Cha Cafe has now opened up in Chinatown at 638 N. Broadway in the space formerly occupied by the puzzlingly named #A BBQ Dim Sum, on the same block as the old folks home. Kind of a zoo there at lunchtime today so I'll pass until things quiet down. Interesting to see how this will play out as Yum Cha actually marks a step-up in price (and quality) from the previous #A BBQ Dimsum, which featured decent Chinese food at ridiculously low prices for the fixed income, older residents of Chinatown.
