would anyone like to hazard a guess as to the ingredients (specifically for the broth). if you have a recipe, that'd be awesome. thanks in advance.
for those who haven't had them (i haven't either), from what i understand its a celestial combination of the thin sheets of bean curd tied into knots, with scallions, sitting in a small amount of soy-flavored broth, and other unguessable stuff. we made a small attempt yesterday that was good, but we'd love to replicate the dish in its entirety and achieve Yujean-style perfection.
