New Yorker back in town and seeking suggestions

I'm a long time New Yorker and Chowhound who left last year. I'll be back for a weekend this summer and am trying to decide which of my many favorite restaurants I'll squeeze in.

Friday night I have a sushi reservation, so I'm looking for anything else for Saturday lunch and dinner and sunday lunch/brunch and dinner. Some of my favorites include Hearth, Blue Hill, Craft, Babbo, Casa Mono, Tia Pol, 71 Clinton (sadly now defunct), WD-50 for dessert only, Barbuto, Spotted Pig, Tasting Room, Bouley (but I'm aiming to keep it casual on this trip), LB (but I'm aiming to keep it casual on this trip).

Have any of these places become vastly better or worse in the past year? Is there anything else new or interesting that's opened recently? I haven't been to Fatty Crab, Modern, or Country- are they worth it?

Also, I know that many of NY's best aren't open for lunch/brunch. Any suggestion on good lunch/brunch spots?

Thanks!
