I saw these in the store and had to try the brownies recipe on the back w/ them. I made some adjustments (substituted half of the white with brown sugar, changed the technique some) and covered it in the end w/ a minty chocolate ganache, sprinkled nuts on top. These were great--people said they couldn't stop eating them. They're perfect for the season. I can't wait to try them out on other things. FWIW, I don't normally like York pepperming patties because they have too much mint to chocolate ratio, but when they're small like chocolate chips, they're perfect.
