yeast conversion -- packet versus fresh?

I have fresh baking yeast in a bag from my food co-op, and want to make Dorie Greenspan's brioche (for pecan honey sticky buns). Recipe calls for 2 packets active dry yeast. What's a packet? A tablespoon?
