1. More fruits and veg
2. Less feature items at McDonald's, Tim Horton's, Wendy's, etc. I'm almost always disappointed by the features and limited time offers, and find I am better off sticking with the standards on the occasions I eat fast food.
3. More wheat, to support the Canadian and American wheat farmers.
4. Less salt, more herbs and spices. Both at home and when dining out.
5. Less quinoa. I hadn't realized its popularity caused the price to increase to the point where it has become too expensive for many Bolivians to buy their staple. I finished the last of my quinoa, and will start experimenting with Australian-grown freekeh dishes this week.
