So as long as you throw in some miso/bonita flavoring into every one of your dishes without afterthought, your Asian fusion? Wasn't this place a french restaurant before? Not sure what places like this or Tre are doing in Old Town, when the clientele is all from Pomona and all they want is Cheesecake factory anyways.
The aggressiveness of some of Xiamora's dishes were too much, it seemed like they were throwing stuff together for the sake of fusion and little, plus the interior creeped me out. (It felt like 1987 in there)
$100+ for some bad Ming Tsai copycat dishes overseasoned with low quality ingredients. Overrated. No wonder it's always empty!
