wrapped in seaweed

While walking around Chinatown a few months ago, I stopped in somewhere and ordered an item that had a non discript filling wrapped in rice and than wrapped in seaweed, and steamed, kinda of like a dolma only large. I found this once in Queens Chinatown also, but have never been able to find it again.. Does anybody know #1 what is this called, and #2 where can I get this. It's a great street munchie. Any help would be great.
