Need work lunch recco in Huntington/Newport/Long Beaches area

OK, so once again, a co-worker is asking me to recommend a place for her award lunch for which the company is paying. The budget is small -- about $15-$20 per person, inclusive, no alcohol. She's thinking it would be "fun to go down by the beach". We work in Garden Grove, so Huntington Beach would be ideal, and Newport Beach or Long Beach would be do-able.

This is a crowd that likes food, but is not very Chowish, so I can't suggest anyplace very challenging -- Korean, Japanese, Indian, etc. are out. Italian, Mexican, good soups/salads, even seafood are all fine. In the past have enjoyed Macaroni Grill, Maggiano's, The Clubhouse, the Crab Cooker, etc.

I'm thinking of suggesting Mo's BBQ, but not sure if she'd like that. Any thoughts, fellow Hounds?

Many thanks!

For those who've been following the work lunch saga, this is a separate event from the one I posted about a couple weeks ago. Due to the comments of posters here, I've persuaded my first co-worker to avoid The Melting Pot in Irvine in favor of King's Fishouse in Orange.
