I'd heard so much about the wonderful desserts at Matyson, that I was stultified to find that the entree was more deserved of high praise than my finale (and I really liked the dessert).
I had the Pan Seared Bronzino. I was really suprised at how well executed the dish was, in terms of flavor balancing and such. It was no revelation of eating, but I couldn't pick out one flaw.
Has anyone else been there recently? Much love?
