While at michael's, I stumbbled upon this bag of Wilton's candy melts. i bought it out of curiosity but im not sure what to do with it, how to treat them... can i use them as if they were couverture chocolate? melt it for covered chocolate strawberries.... use it for chocolate making:http://www.flickr.com/photos/twirlabi... like these?
i'm guessin these cant be as tasty as couverture but it is a lot more accessible to me, that and they carry SOOO many colors with its respective flavor: http://www.wilton.com/store/site/prod...
i used to make these: http://images03.olx.com.ec/ui/4/43/04... while i was in peru visitin my mom, she got me into it, theyre filled with dulce de leche and pecans[the most common filling]
finally, my question is: would the candy melts work out for this kind of thing?
