Sorry! I didn't answer all your questions before I posted my "STILL not working" message. Unfortunately, I got the "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try again" message. That explains why I had to post yet another message to complete all the information you need.

Incidentally, I'm now using Google Chrome to try posting this. I edited this message so Google Chrome worked, but Internet Explorer was the ISP I used when I spoke about all those failed attempts.
