Weber Performa

About this time every year I start to wonder whether I should replace my old Weber kettle and upgrade to a Weber Performa for $299.99 which basically seems like it's the Weber kettle with an easier cleaning device, a hinge to rest lid, a side table and the automatic ignition (I use a chimney starter which is very easy). The Weber kettle is great and I normally only have to replace the stainless steel grill every couple of years for about $20. Any opinions?
