CHEF Wylie Dufresne will finally open his new eatery WD-50 nearly a year behind schedule. Dufresne, the ponytailed, mutton-chopped culinary whiz - who's partnered with Jean-Georges Vongerichten and Phil Suarez - will debut his 70-seat "eclectic-American" place on the Lower East Side tonight.
