A friend today told me the sad story of her husband's having one piece of waterless cookware and liking it, then they went to a home show and bought a $1000 in pieces of the same line. They came with a small recipe pamphlet, and the seller said...just go on line and order a book. They got home, went on line and found out the maker is out of business. And my friend is finding that very often the cookware ends up with a vapor lock that holds the lid on very tight when she doesn't expect that to happen.
Has anyone some practical suggestions about a recipe book that isn't specific to a single line of cookware? (A solution to vapor lock would be a bonus.)
