Sorry, I don't know what it's called, as I'm very new to real cooking.
I cooked some skin/boneless chicken breast in an inch of water with salt, pepper in the oven. And after taking the chicken breast out, I ended up with a yellow-ish liquid.
What can I do with it?
I have about a cup and half.
Oh and if any could tell me what it's called so I can google more recipes :)
