Well, after the mess of my reservation I was overall extremely pleased with the food and dining experience.
We went in a group of 6 to celebrate a birthday. The wine list was extensive and our waitress allowed people to taste before deciding on a bottle. I opted for a bellini which was ok, nothing special.
For first courses, I had the warm wild mushroom salad which was delicious. My companions had the caesar salad, and the heirloom tomato salad. All were well received.
For entrees, I had the little ear pasta with lamb ragu. Good and a big portion. Half of it came home with me. My companions had a halibut special is salsa verde, the beef tenderloin, the pork scallopine (both of which I snuck a taste of and were delicious), and the jumbo prawns. Except for me, everyone cleaned their plates. We were tempted by the dessert menu but decided to pass.
Our waitress was both knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend the restaurant. Be patient with their voicemail system and call to confirm your reservation to make sure you really got the time you requested.
