Anything like Vito's Pizza in Long Beach?

Needed a quick snack Friday night on the way to the inlaws and stopped by Vito's Pizza on Vermont, across from LACC. It was one of the best slices of pizza we ever had. I had read about Vito's before on Chowhound and driven by a few times, only to be turned off by the location and decor. What a mistake. We regularly go to Casa Bianca and order their sausage and eggplant pie and love Buca di Beppo's spicy arrabiata pizza. Really, it is very good. But when we tried the vegetarian slice at Vito's, we were blown away. It has little to no sauce, just the right amount of cheese, spinach that was not mushy, but still had a bite and very tasty, a little broccoli, and a few chunks of ricotta cheese. The crust was thin and had a great texture and taste and was not greasy at all. The other slices they had at the time were a plain cheese and a pizza with no sauce with the same ricotta chunks on it like the Vegitarian. Excellent, excellent, excellent. Can't wait to go back. Are there other places like Vito's around the Long Beach area. Recently tried Buono's on Willow, based on a recommendation here and a recent LA Times article on Pizza, but was not impressed. Had the 'White' pizza and felt that it was way too much. Too much cheese, sauce, crust and grease. The closest pizza to Vito's that we have had was a slice at the place in Larchmont Park.
