I live in Edmonton, Alberta and plan to visit Seattle next month. I will be staying (without a vehicle) at the W Hotel, and don't mind cabbing it within the city.
My question is simple - What is the very best dining experience that Seattle has to offer? Good service is nice, but my focus is always on the quality and originality of the food. I will be in Seattle on holiday, and for at least one night, price will not be a consideration in my choice.
So, where should it be - Lampereia, Cascadia, Rover's or somewhere else extra special? I should mention that I will be dining solo on this night, since my more budget-minded friend will not be joining me until the following day.
Also, she has mentioned that she would like to try either Campagne or Cafe Campagne. Which one would you choose, or are they so similar that it is really a toss-up?
Thanks in advance for any advice that you can provide. Jenny
