I'm going to be in Sydney for 1 month in nov/dec.. I hadn't really thought much about reservations yet but happened to see quays website and noticed they are booked until Jan? Will give them a call, but in the meantime, are there any other can't miss restos that also need to be booked months in advance?
We are hoping for weekday dinners so we are free to travel on weekends. Will be staying in glebe. We're living in montreal right now , like all kinds of food, particularly want to eat lots of Asian and fish.
I Usually do a lot of research before asking this sort of question but am pretty tied up for the next month, and don't want to miss out, so any help is appreciated!
