Viet's Cafe, Arlington - update

Have been to Viet's Cafe twice lately, once with friends and yesterday for a spur-of-the-moment lunch. It continues to be excellent. Had the lemongrass beef bun yesterday. Soft vermicelli noodles, shredded carrot, bean sprouts, chopped mint, finely chopped peanuts and a couple of other things I can't remember, with a layer of delicious grilled, lemongrass beef on top and some lovely salty-hot-sweet fish sauce on the side. A great combination of textures, temperatures and flavors. Last time we all had different versions of bun, and while the pork and chicken were good, the beef was my favorite. In the past I've had the lucious quail appetizer and really need to get back and have it again. Pleasant surroundings and very nice service, fairly reasonable prices (lemongrass beef bun was $6.50 I think) -- it's really worth a visit if you haven't been there or a return visit if you have.
