Has anyone requested that a tasting menu be prepared for them at Veritas? Just wondering what your experience was like, and what sort of price range we would be looking at if we opened the floodgates, so to speak.
We've had the prix fixe dinner, and absolutely loved every aspect of the meal. As this is a special occasion, my better half's birthday, a tasting menu with Chef Scott Bryan at the helm would undoubtedly be an incredible experience, to say the least.

(btw, I know how much of a fan you are of Chef Humm and EMP--just wanted to say that, influenced by your very convincing remarks, we returned in April for our anniversary, for the first time since Chef Humm began cooking there, and it is easily now one of our favorite restaurants, period).
