I've been searching for culinary schools that are worthwhile and friendly to vegetarians. To my delight so far I've found these:
1) The Natural Gourmet Institute in Manhattan (I've drooled over this one for a while)
2) The Natural Epicurean in Austin, TX
Do you know of any others? Especially schools that are more professionally geared and rigorous? Do you have any opinions/experiences/anecdotal commentary about the two I've listed?
