Preferably close to South River/East Brunswick. I've spend some time a few weekends ago making stock, beef and chicken, to have ready for upcoming soup season, but now that I'm comfortable with the process, and just received The French Laundry Cookbook as a gift, I'm looking to make veal stock this weekend.
I source my beef and chicken(1$ a carcass with necks!) bones/feet/etc. from Hong Kong supermarket usually, but they do not have veal bones.
