Valentine's Dinner, I'll even go for Long Island Places

I am looking for a nice cozy restaurant with good food (i.e. does not have to make me orgasm). For decor something similar to the downstairs part of Blue Ribbon Bakery (it is out of the way, and quieter, and dare i say, romantic). I am also up for non-traditional fares. Morrocan over Italian, Tapas over Chinese.

I will need to drive to Stony Brook by 8:00pm, so I would take suggestions for good places along the way that would make my dinner time for Valentine's a little more reasonable too (instead of 5:00, which is what it would have to be if I ate in the city). I live in Queens (Forest Hills), so I'll take Queens suggestions too. But I've been to most of the typical FH places (Austin Street stuff, La Vigna, Punta Sal, Sato, Ben's Best - though this place is a darling for a Valentine's date). Thanks for the help.
