I have a Magimix Food processor, and the lid doesn't form a great seal to the bowl -- so much so that I couldn't even imagine using it for soup (or really anything that could escape a few millimeter gap.
Is this a normal design flaw or a specific problem with my own machine? I previously used a cuisinart in Canada, and could blend soup all day long with no spillage.
I'm sure this isn't the correct forum, but as this is a US forum thought this might be a fair place to ask.
