I followed the advice of several posters here on the ramen thread and gave Samurai Noodle a try and have to say the pork ramen we had was really impressive! That pork - wow! - it actually reminded me of the succulant beef brisket my grandma made for Passover dinners back in the day. They also served us some really incredible Genmai Matcha green tea. That roasted rice flavor was something I never experienced b4 in green tea. It was so great I bought a package of 50 tea bags to take home. Yum.

So this tasty experience got me thinking about Udon in Seattle. Any suggestings for "the best" Udon in town? Thanks in advance.
