Turkey tails

I spent Saturday in Philadelphia on an eating excursion and came upon a revelation. The Amish butchers in the Reading Terminal market sold smoked turkey tails, or butts as they called them. Unbelievable! Always one of my favorite parts of the turkey, I have never seen it sold seperately or smoked. They are simply delicious, a layer of dark, smokey skin and fat covers the most succulent and moist meat you can imagine. It is truly decadent and will have you curling your toes. I have seen smoked turkey wings and legs in Manhattan, does anyone know if someone sells the tails? I am forever in your culinary gratitude if you can help.
