I'm reponsible for cooking 2 skin on/ deboned 3lb Turkey breasts for a gathering of Brooklyn friends tomorrow. I'm going to roast one in the oven tomorrow, but I'm considering putting the other one in a crock post and very slowly cooking it at low temp for a few hours over night. Has anyone does this before and if so, is it is a terrible idea? Would love suggestions or to talk me out of it.
