Tuk Tuk Thai has been open for most of this year but since there is little coverage on chowhound I thought I'd add my tips. I live in the neighborhood so I've been there several times - it'll do in a jiffy since Thai House Express is farther away. The only dishes I've tried that I thought were above average/excellent were the bamboo shoot salad and the chicken satay. I asked for the bamboo shoot salad very spicy and they delivered. There were plenty of herbs and ground rice powder. The chicken satay was the best I've had outside of Thailand. The chicken is very thin and well-seasoned, served with good peanut sauce and the requisite cucumber accompaniment. I find that at most Thai places the chicken satay would be more appropriately called "chicken on a skewer with Thai spices", so this is a refreshingly good version.
