I'm relatively new to the Tucson area. I was at the St. Philips farmers market a few weeks ago and saw the stand for the San Rafael Valley Beef http://www.srvbeef.com/
I bought some of their ground beef and was pretty happy with it, and was pleased that it is local.
Does anyone else have any experience opinions about them before I start purchasing more expensive cuts of meat?
Also, the meat I purchased was frozen, will there be a big difference between fresh and frozen beef?
