Coming down from Boston this weekend for three days and had a few questions for anyone willing to answer. I used the search-engine on some of these, but I was hoping for a few more responses. My girlfriend and I are big walkers and willing to take the train, but in general, i'm hioping to stay as close to these places as possible. Thanks in advance for taking a look.
Any good bagel places near Grand Central? (we're staying at the Hyatt)
Lunch near the Frick - looking for something low-key, possibly pub-food or a sandwhich place.
Dinner Thursday night pre or post show in Theatre District - I hear this is a horrible are for good food, but is there something decent? someone told me Da Rosina was an okay option in that area. any ideas?
a few bar and cocktail place ideas, mid-town to downtown. I am a big fan of craft beer and classic cocktails, but I'm hoping to avoid dressy, crowded or trendy places. an intersting bar with character (even a dive), or a low key cocktail spot would be perfect.
