My wife and I went to Trelio for lunch a few weeks back. We were stunned by the quality. We split a goat cheese appetizer wrapped in puffed pastry served with roasted figs and greens. It was amazing. The cheese was Humboldt Fog a sign that this restaurant isn't about cutting corners. I ordered fish and chips- something I never do because it is always too greasy. This was by far the best fish and chips I've ever had. Served with perfectly symetrical, recatangular fries, peas with mint- a classy touch that tasted great, and house made tartar(gribiche)sauce. My wife had a burger that was also excellent. We were very impressed that her fries were different than my "chips". The fries were also excellent and amazingly crisp. We split a bottle of wine that Chris recommended to us. It was only $22 and it worked with both fish and chips and a burger! I can not recommend Trelio enough and am looking forward to going back.
