Non-Traditional Brunch

I'm an Olympia native, but have been away for a few years. I'm coming home to get married in the beautiful Pacific NW in September & I need some help!

We'd like to have a Sunday brunch the day after our wedding to spend some more time with guests. It would need to be in Seattle, bc that's where guests are staying. We don't have any family members in Seattle itself, so hosting is a problem. We are pretty much totally out of money, so if we go to a restaurant it needs to be cheap. I would guess that about 30-40 people will attend.

Here are options- does anyone have any recs? Ideas that worked for you? Great ideas I overlooked?

- Rent out a space, provide pastries/bagels/smoothies (recs for place or food? food could come from Seattle, the South Sound or East Side since family will be coming from all these places)
- Dim Sum (recs for a clean, affordable spot in Seattle? My fiance's family is Vietnamese, and they're picky about Asian restaurants in general)
- Tour through foodie spot like Pike Place Market (may be unwieldy with such a big group)

Thanks in advance :)
