I bought a small round of TJ's Unripened Brie a couple of weeks ago and aren't really sure what to do with it. I've never used brie in cooking and would like some ideas that involve things other than sliced on crackers, sandwiches and salads. It stated on their website that it would start producing a rind, which it has in a few areas. Also, the best by date is March 20th if that makes a difference. Any ideas Hounders?
