My local TJ's sells 85/15 "ground beef" for something like $3.99/lb and then on the next shelf down "Natural ground beef" for something like $4.59/lb and for the life of me I couldn't see a difference. There was nothing on the label of the cheaper beef that would tell me why it *wasn't* "All Natural". It didn't say it was extended, or included a brine, or included a solution, or preservatives.
And no, I wasn't mixing it up with the Organic beef either. Any ideas about the difference between the two packages?
