Thanks for the info on the Toronto Convention Meal.
We ate at Le Select Bistro on Queen Street West per a recommendation.
We ate in the back room with Suzanne as our waitress, the service was excellent.
We started with appetizers that included Froi Gras, Escargot, Whitefish Mousse, not the standard fare for Plumbing Reps, but it was excellent nonetheless.
Entrees included Rack of Lamb, which was perfectly prepared medium rare, very tender, none went to waste! Others at the table had duck, salmon and others. There were no complaints from anyone.
Deserts were enjoyed by all, even those who claimed they didn't enjoy desert, I was able to try the Bananas Flambe, Chocolate Mousse, Gateau Chocolate, Creme Bruele. All were excellent.
Excellent choice Chowhounders, you made me look good again!
