Looking for Top Seafood Restaurant and More... in Peninsula

My husband has been making comments about not being able to find a really good seafood restaurant around us. I suspect he's looking for a place that has excellent huge lobsters, cooked in a way that he can really taste the lobster rather than the sauce. I think large plates would impress him more than atmosphere. I would really prefer somewhere close by (we live in SSF). I know there are some at Fisherman's Wharf, like A. Sabella and Alioto's (we used to live above our store around the corner from there!), but I'm guessing they are considered tourist traps (when my parents had a business there, we were most definitely too poor to eat there!). What do you recommend? Wait! Other than the Fish Market in San Mateo.

OK - me... I normally take the Monday after Mother's Day off to relax and go out with my SIL, but due to scheduling problems, I'll be alone. I'm perfectly fine eating alone and will have about an hour to enjoy a fine meal with great service and nice dining environment; somewhere between Daly City and Burlingame will be nice. I've done this at La Scala and Il Fornaio in Burlingame several times... any other recommendations?

Thanks! I always appreciate the recommendations... but usually I'm too lazy (and especially not good w/words) to write a review.
