The other nite, a few of us enjoyed a lovely meal at Beretta's in the Mission.
Marinated sardines were delicate. Broccolini sauteed with garlic was refreshing.
But the server didn't give a hoot about us -- perhaps we weren't dressed hip enough? Perhaps he was just busy. I dunno.
But it made me wonder about how much to tip. And I'm curious to hear others chime in.
