I went to Marlowe and Daughters the other day and bought a Prime, grass fed porterhouse steak that had been aged for five weeks from Tim Mylan, the store's butcher.
I also bought some very fine charcuterie that he makes on the premises.
The steak was one of the finest that I have ever eaten. It was truly one of those memorable meals and worth every penny.
Sadly he is moving (or has moved) to open up his own butcher shop.
Does anyone know where the new shop is and when it will open. I will follow that man almost anywhere!
