Thanksgiving Suggestions Needed

For the fourth year in a row my aunt is coming down from upstate New York to spend Thanskgiving here in Manhattan. The past three years we have gone to Virgils, which does Thanksgiving dinner right as far as we were concerned. This year my aunt said she'd like to try somewhere else that has a really great turkey dinner.

So basically I'm looking for:
1) a place that's open and does a good turkey dinner on Thanksgiving...
2) which is located somewhere from midtown to gramercy/flatiron district (I don't want to have to rush her to Penn station on a very full stomach)...
3) which will cost about 45-50 per person...
4) which isn't TOO fancy...
5) which takes reservations now...
and 6) that has good cranberry sauce as well.

Thanks in advance for your help.
