Ten days in Tacoma: Asian, Mexican and Fish Tacos?

What a fabulous site! I've got post-its already filled with recommendations, but I thought I'd try to solicit a few more. I'll be in Tacoma visiting my family in early July -- but having left Tacoma before becoming a true chowhound, I don't have a clue as to what's available restaurant-wise.

I'm coming from Belgium, so what interests me most are *genuine* ethnic Asian and Mexican spots (no catering to feeble American palates, please!), as well as fabulous fish and chips -- everything we can't get in Brussels!

I've already noted the following restaurants from previous threads: Tides Tavern (is it as good as Steamers for f&c?), Lessie's (soul food is definitely NOT a Belgian standard), El Compadre, Mekong and East West, Fujiya, and Warthog. Can anyone add to this? I've heard that there are lots of Korean places on S. Tacoma Way and lots of Cambodian places on 38th, but does anyone have names to give me?

And one more question: where, oh where, can one find FISH TACOS in Tacoma? I would sell my soul for fish tacos!

Thanks in advance -- I'll look forward to your tips.
