One of the real treats of my visit to Las Vegas was my lunch at Las Vegas's first and only Indonesian restaurant, A Taste of Indonesia.
Unfortunately, I was eating alone, so I couldn't sample much, but I got into a long talk with a mother and young son who come to AToI often and they assured me that the restaurant was remarkably consistent.
It doesn't hurt that the co-owner-host is a charming woman, Melania, and that her family is in the kitchen. The flavors were clean and distinct (in my experience, mediocre Indonesian restaurants produce gloppy, muddy sauces).
AToI offers two rijstaffels (one vegetarian, one omnivorous) for $21.95. The restaurant has a website, which I'll like below, but unfortunately it doesn't yet include the full menu.
