Confused coming back from the local marekt - there is tapioca and there appears to a similar dried up pellets for sago.
I understand Tapioca compes from the casava plant and is tranditionally used in our tapioca puddings with milk, vanilla, etc. Now, Sago, I know next to nothing above.
Can you use sago for the same purpose and if so what differences can I expect? Are there other specific dessert or other uses for sago that provide a great experience that you can share with me?
