We will be travelling for 2 weeks in Andalucia and then spend a few days in Madrid. At that point I think we'd like to try something other than tapas. What other regional foods should we explore? Our limitations are: no car, and we have a 14 year old who doesn't eat fish.

Valencia: La Barraca for paella
La Penela--couldn't find a website to check menu for the non-fish eater
