Taco Truck 96th And Broadway

MV | Sep 23, 2004 11:56 AM

I dont know long its been there but i stumbled upon this truck last night on the way to the gym and was pleasantly surprised. I had an al pastor and a spicy pork taco. Both were very good and came with the usual fixings, radish, cilantro, choice of red or green salsa on two nice soft tortillas.
The salsas were both good and the green one provided a nice hot kick and i generally have a high spiciness threshhold.
I'll probably go back to try some of their other offerings later this week if they are still there. They also had bbq chicken, beef steak, tongue and a few other varieties as well as tortas and a variety of mexican beverages.
The staff really didnt speak English and the clientele was mostly Mexican which i generally take to be a good sign regarding authenticity. It's right out of the northwest entrance to the 1/9 2/3 lines and is worth a try.

Does anyone know how long they have been there and what the hours are?
