So I was eating at Longhorn Steakhouse and I had a bowl of their chili. It is literally the best chili I have ever tasted. It had a sweetness to it that's hard to describe and the main heat was brought on from fresh jalapenos on top of it. What was so refreshing about it was that it didn't have that bland and overpowering taste of chili powder and cumin. it was something else. I've tried in the past to make a good sweeter chili and was wondering if anyone had any good advice to make a meaty, sweet chili.
