I would like to get opinions about the best sushi in Nashville. JUST THE SUSHI, who cares about the environment so long as it's clean.
I've been to Ken's, Tenno, Ichiban, Taste of Tokyo, Ru Sans (only the lunch buffet), and Samurai. So far none have been as good as my spots back in LA, neither in taste nor value but they are not bad by any means.
Disregarding value (Ken's) or good lunch specials (Ru Sans buffet), I believe that Samurai serves the best sushi I have experienced in Nashville so far. The variety is decent and there are many creative rolls, however, the prices keep me from endulging too often.
I'll keep you updated since I'm on a quest to try the rest of them in the next couple months. Enjoy.
