I used to love the Chicken Teriyaki at Sushi Mon on 3rd, just west of La Cienega. But the last time I went it appeared they had changed the recipe. It used to be served with a nice charred texture, but the last time it came more glazed, and didn't taste as if it had been grilled over a flame, as had been done previously.
We asked the manager about it and he said they had indeed changed the recipe.
Has anyone been lately? It was really disappointing to see such a great dish disappear. Am hoping they've gone back to the tried and true.
