I am desperate. For the past year I have been on basically a no-chew diet due to a jaw injury. I am going to have to continue on this for the next four years; through high school and into college. I really need new ideas for quick snacks, ways to get vegetables into my diet, and food that I can eat at school without drawing attention or taking forever to just cut the food up. If you have any ideas, they would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!
